Returns can be made through the La Italiana Collection distributor that you purchased from. Please note that each distributor has a different policy for returns. Please make sure you inquire about their policy.

You should contact the distributor that you purchased it from. If they cannot answer your question, your distributor will ask La Italiana Collection directly.
